Oatmeal Heart ( gluten free )

 

• ingredients :


Dry Ingredients: 3 cups oats (about 250 g) , 3/ 2 cup brown sugar ( 200 g ) , 1/ 2 cup tapioca (interconnecting blended in a blender ) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon sea salt and


Wet Ingredients: 1 /2 cup coconut oil , 1/ 4 cup of natural apple juice ( no sugar added ) , bags of vanilla sugar or vanilla extract .
 

• Procedure:

Turn oven to 180 degrees . All the dry ingredients into the blender and turn the ground very fine . No fine as flour , but very nice.


Add wet ingredients and mix them in a blender until nicely combined . Periodically shake the blender if required .
 

Remove the mixture from the blender and hand- shape the dough . Cold the dough if it is too soft , put in 20 to 30 minutes in the refrigerator, to tighten .
 

Roll out , if it sticks , you can roll out a baking paper , and remove the mold hearts and other shapes of your choice.

Heart before baking you can sprinkle a little cinnamon .
 

Place on a baking sheet , and on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes .
 

If you want biscuits and glazed with a mixture of 80 g of chocolate , 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of a sweetener .
