Oatmeal Heart ( gluten free )

 

ingredients :


Prosenog 180 gr flour 50 g ground hazelnuts , 40 g of rice flour , 20 gr flake of kinoje ( or instead of cornflakes or other cereal ) , 3 tablespoons cocoa or carob , 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/ 2 teaspoon baking soda , 1/ 2 teaspoon sea salt 2 large eggs , 80 g of sugar cane , muskovado 30 g sugar, 1 /2 cup butter , 1/ 3 cup yogurt , 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or one vanilla sugar , 2 large bananas , black sesame .

Directions:


Turn oven to 180 degrees . Prepare a baking tray or muffin - PROJIC or 12 paper molds .

 

In a bowl , mix all of the dry ingredients except the sugar.

 

In another bowl, mix all the sugar and eggs and Whisk them good , until the mixture becomes foamy and light .

 

Stir in the butter and then you leave it with the previously to soften at room temperature , insert the yogurt and vanilla extract / vanilla sugar .

 

Finally, add the banana and the previously ispasirali fork. Then add dry ingredients , trying not to interfere too much .


Put one tablespoon of the mixture into each mold and sprinkle with black sesame seeds .

 

Bake for about 25 minutes ( to check whether it is baked cookie insert the toothpick - if the toothpick is dry when you remove the cookie is baked ) .
