150 g dark chocolate, 100 ml cream for whipped cream or vegetable, 10 g sugar, 5 egg whites, baked apple slices

• how to prepare:


Melt the dark chocolate, steamed. The lower court pour cream, put on fire and zgrejte to a boiling point. Add preheated cream in dark chocolate and mix well. Should the mixture thickens.

Then, very slowly add the egg whites into the chocolate, making sure the egg whites without dislodging (making broad movements plastic spatula). Pour the mousse into several small or one large bowl and leave in the fridge for about an hour. Serve decorated with dried apples one on which you sprinkle a little brown sugar.
