Carob Pudding (gluten-free)
 

• Composition:
2 tablespoons rice malt, 3 tablespoons aru powder or corn starch or density, 1/4 cup of carob powder, 2 cups soy milk 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter, 1 cup of fruit cream, jam or sweet.

• Preparation:
Mix the malt, aro powder and carob. Mix well. This mixture slowly stir in the soy milk and cook over low heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly.

 

When the mixture thickens remove from heat and stir in the butter hazelnut. Pour into small bowl and garnish with a little cream or fruit jam.
